Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

Essentially nothing. AgenticEconomy.dev is a static site. There are no user accounts, no analytics scripts, no cookies, no tracking pixels, and no third-party advertising of any kind. We do not build profiles. We do not know who you are, and we prefer it that way.

The only data that reaches our infrastructure is what your browser sends automatically as part of any HTTP request — and that data is handled as described in §2 below.

2. Server logs

The site is hosted on a self-hosted Virginia VPS operated under EU-equivalent privacy practices. Like every web server, it generates standard HTTP access logs containing:

• Your IP address
• Timestamp of the request
• The path requested (e.g. /agentic-economy-definitions.html)
• Your browser's User-Agent string

These logs are retained for 30 days for security purposes (abuse detection, error diagnosis) and then deleted. They are never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used for profiling or advertising.

3. Google Fonts

This site loads the Syne, Outfit, and JetBrains Mono typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com. When your browser requests these fonts, Google may log that request per their own privacy policy. You can review Google's data practices at policies.google.com/privacy.

To minimise this, the font stylesheets are preloaded — your browser fetches them early and caches them, reducing repeated requests. If you prefer, you can block fonts.googleapis.com via your browser or a DNS-level filter; the site will fall back to system sans-serif fonts gracefully.

4. Contact form

When you submit the contact form on this site, your name, email address, and message are sent directly to René via email. This data is not stored in any database, not logged on any server, and not shared with any third party. It goes straight to a human inbox and is treated with ordinary email confidentiality.

5. No cookies

Zero cookies. Zero localStorage entries written by this site — with one explicit exception: the Ask page allows you to enter your own Gemini API key so that the corpus query tool can function client-side. If you choose to save that key, it is stored only in your own browser's localStorage, never transmitted to our servers, and fully under your control (you can clear it at any time via your browser settings).

We do not use session cookies, preference cookies, analytics cookies, or any other kind of cookie. Zero cookies. Not even Belgian ones.
