1. Corpus & analytical notes

The agentic economy corpus — all 51+ surveyed definitions, the categorical analysis, the protocol matrix data, the glossary, and associated analytical notes — is published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).

You are free to share (copy and redistribute) and adapt (remix, transform, build upon) this material for any purpose, including commercially, under the following conditions:

• Attribution — you must give appropriate credit to René Dechamps Otamendi and AgenticEconomy.dev, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made.
• ShareAlike — if you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same CC BY-SA 4.0 license.

2. Papers (preprints)

The three preprints published on Zenodo are licensed under CC BY 4.0. Attribution is required; no share-alike condition applies to derivatives of the papers themselves.

5. What is NOT open

To be explicit about what falls outside the open licenses above:

• BotNode implementation — BotNode, the multi-agent orchestration system behind this site's infrastructure, is proprietary software. Nothing in the open corpus licenses grants any rights to the BotNode codebase.
• VMP-1.0 specification — the text of the Value Manifestation Protocol v1.0 specification is openly available for reading and reference. The implementation of VMP-1.0 is not open; it remains proprietary.
• Site code — as stated in §3, the website itself is all-rights-reserved.
