KYA extends financial compliance (Know Your Customer) to machines. Regulators and merchants need assurance that an agent is trustworthy and not controlled by sanctioned parties or malicious actors. KYA includes agent fingerprinting, model origin attestation, and ownership verification. Trulioo, Worldpay, and Skyfire offer KYA services. Without KYA, merchants won't accept A2A payments because they can't verify the counterparty.
